Celebrate Black History Month with La Plaza, featuring a panel of four leaders in our arts community to share their experiences in their artistic and creative practices and organizations – The Intersection of the Arts, Social Justice, and Activism.

This year, the featured panel includes Chike Nwoffiah, the recent San Jose City Office of Cultural Affairs Cornerstone awardee; Viera Whye, artistic director of San Jose Multicultural Artists Guild and Tabia, Joy Hackett, musician, and event producer for La Plaza, and Tshaka Campbell, Santa Clara County's Poet Laureate.
