PG&E will shutoff power to parts of the Bay Area, including San Jose

If the Plaza retains power -- In the event that the Plaza does not lose power, you may decide to move forward with your planned event. However, we do want to make sure that you understand that the shutoffs taking place around the area may affect the ability of your members, patrons, and participants to arrive at the Plaza. With power shutoffs, we expect additional traffic delays. As such, you may want to consider rescheduling your event, if you are able to do so. Currently, the Plaza does have power.

If the Plaza loses power -- If the Plaza loses power, then we will not be able to safely host your event. As a result, the School will close the Plaza until power is restored. We will work with you to reschedule your event.

We envision a world where creativity inspires compassion and vibrant communities. As a cultural institution in East San Jose tasked with activating a local gem, our mission is to catalyze creativity and empower community.
