COLOUR ME GOLD

A monthly Music & Art series every 1st Saturday of the month in partnership with existing or currently dormant historic venues that have an outdoor patio, and indoor space. The shows are will either be FREE or affordable ($10). The series is intended to celebrate BIPOC creatives, small biz, producers.

Every event will showcase a local musician, artist (live painting or digital or), and poet.

HOW IT WORKS:

The venues/small biz receive FREE curation and programming, the artists/musicians get paid above market value, and the producer gets a small fee. All parties are expected to promote within certain criteria to push the series. The series can be extended based on a contribution model where venues will pitch in a flat amount the event does well enough.

Colour Me GOLD is in Partnership with San Jose Jazz, and funded by Abierto.
