AVENIDA DE ALTARES | INVITATION TO PARTICIPATE
Join us on Saturday, October 31, 2026, to transform La Plaza into a vibrant sanctuary of remembrance for our 10th annual Avenida de Altares. We are seeking 40 community creators to weave their personal stories into curated altars, building a sacred path where our shared memories finally come home to breathe again.

Participation Requirements for Artists:
To participate, altar artists must submit the following by Tuesday, August 18 at 10 pm PST:
Requirements:
A sketch of the altar design, labeling materials used
A brief explanation of the altar themes, along with any corresponding features to highlight
A signed artist agreement
A bio (100 words max) and a hi-res headshot
Selected altar artists will be notified by Friday, September 4, with details on the placement of their altar.
